The Project

Euclid Development is currently planning to build a seven story, 136 unit apartment building with commercial space at grade and below-grade parking at 1314 E Union Street and 1319 E Madison Street in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle.

We are currently soliciting stakeholder feedback as part of the City of Seattle’s Early Outreach for Design Review program. The assigned project number is 3039246. You can track our progress through the entitlement process at the city website.
